The mission of Long Term Disaster Recovery – Wayne County (LTDR-WC) organization is to provide or assure access to recovery services, and address unmet needs for all residents of Wayne County affected by disasters by facilitating collaborative resource efforts among public, private, interfaith, and voluntary organizations and agencies.

LTDR-WC membership is comprised of those organizations and agencies that have something to contribute to the recovery effort. Currently around three dozen entities are represented. Any other Wayne County group that would like to help is welcome to join.

The organization is guided by a set of bylaws adopted by the membership and officers the members elected. Those officers are
